Solution Architect Salesforce

Salesforce solution architect: what are you doing to be doing?

You can truly indulge yourself with us if you want more. Become responsible for the entire project: sometimes in the role of lead consultant, or scrum master, or possibly even both. An interesting look outside of your 'normal' job, which will definitely result in you learning a great deal. 

From presales to developing your idea into architecture and data models. Have a think: how can we make complaint handling easier for an internationally operating call centre? How can we make sure we don’t just meet this demand, but actually end up exceeding expectations? How does the data model work? Which processes are we going to automate? How can we make the organisation manageable? Which licenses will we need? What are the preconditions set by the customer? So many questions! You know the answer! You’ll be working towards the best Salesforce solution from the business problem.

Your daily portion of challenge

stand-up with the project team.
answer questions posed by a consultant from the team.
lead the workshop with the customer's CCO on centralisation of the sales organisations.
refine the user stories together with the product owner, based on the workshop outcome.
drive home from the customer and enjoy a sandwich.
online meeting with a new prospect from the UK: what can Salesforce offer as part of the complex digital transformation of this sports equipment manufacturer?
debrief with the sales team and enter into agreements about the first draft proposal together.
put together a draft proposal, so the sales team can discuss this with the customer during a follow-up session.

Enough about us: now let’s talk about you

No question is too complex for you. You will very clearly envisage improvements for customers You’re curious about the customer's problem. You listen carefully during the inventory and ask plenty of questions. You’re also curious about innovations and you feel it’s important to think out-of-the-box and be creative in your solutions. Use your commercial insight to make a correct estimate during the presales phase. Your decisions directly affect our internal costs, as well as those of the customer. We’d really like to invite you to discuss matters in more detail if you:

  • have at least a bachelor's or master's degree, for example in (technical) business administration, (technical) public administration or business information technology.

  • have at least 6 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.

  • have at least 3 years of experience as a solution architect.

  • have, or wish to obtain, relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Application Architect.

  • have an excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing.
