a bachelor's or master's degree.
a minimum of 4 years experience as a Salesforce developer.
demonstrable experience with coaching.
knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD.
relevant certifications, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Javascript developer I or Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer.
an excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing.
